Risen Energy's future-forward HJT technology to shine bright at Intersolar Europe 2024 2qf4m

Risen Energy is set to wow the audience at Intersolar Europe 2024, one of the world's leading renewable energy events, from 19-21 June in Munich. The company will be at Booth A1.250, excited to present its revolutionary HJT (heterojunction) technology to hundreds of attendees. 3g2c4a

RISEN Energy, renowned for its research and development in manufacturing cells and modules with HJT Technology, has made significant advances in this technology. The big manufacturer is the global leader in this technology since 2019 and is the only TOP player that produces cells and modules with the HJT technology in a massive production, for this reason Risen Energy has made an investment of 15.2 billion yuan in the new factory in Nanbin base. This facility has a production capacity of 15GW of HJT cells and 15GW of modules, on an area of ??965,333 square meters.

With continuous improvements in module power and efficiency, as well as outstanding performance in high power generation and low carbon footprint, the company is preferred by customers around the world. So far, Hyper-ion modules have been exported to nearly 40 countries and regions around the world, with a cumulative shipment volume exceeding 4 GW since the massive production started.

The key to the company's success lies in its innovative approach as it has established an integrated R&D model for HJT technology, from silicon materials to modules, thus becoming a leader in mass production of HJT products with zero Busbar, ultra-thin silicon wafers and reduced silver consumption.

In addition, the average efficiency of Risen Energy's mass-produced HJT Hyper-ion solar cells exceeds 25.8%, and module power exceeds 715Wp, and continues to improve through production process optimisation and technological advances.

Recognition and clear targets

The company's consistent recognition at the hands of the industry has also confirmed its strength. Proof of this is, among others, the Top Brand PV 2024 label from EUPD Research that it received until a few weeks ago during Solar + Storage Mexico 2024.

Recently, Risen Energy's HJT Hyper-ion modules with a power output of 730W ed the testing conducted by TÜV SÜD, a leading global independent testing and certification authority and received the GLOBAL PV MAGAZINE Award.

Likewise, committed to responding to the industry with a solid production figure, the company has assured that it will aim to end 2024 with 48 GW of module production capacity, 21 GW of which will be dedicated to HJT.

Cutting-edge technology

During Intersolar Europe, the company will reinforce its position as a leader thanks to its HJT Hyper-ion modules, which feature a stable temperature coefficient and high bifaciality, maintaining their power output above 90% after 30 years of use.

Backed by industry-leading technology and a low-temperature production process, Risen Energy's HJT modules have a carbon footprint of less than 400 kg eq CO2/kWc, below the market average.

Products that reduce LCOE and have a lower carbon footprint are driving the future advancement of the solar industry. HJT, as the technology and product with the highest conversion efficiency and electricity generation in single-junction technologies, also possesses unique low carbon footprint attributes, making it more suitable for the low LCOE and low carbon market technology pathway. In addition, the HJT cell structure is easier to form tandem cells with perovskite, with excellent potential for technology iteration and broad development prospects.

In this way, Risen Energy will continue to expand its presence in important markets such as Europe. The company's team will participate in meetings, gatherings and exhibitions during the 3 days of the congress.
