Greenvolt Power, part of the Greenvolt Group, has reached an agreement to sell a portfolio of four wind farms in Poland with a total installed capacity of 33.2 MW. The projects, at different stages of development, have been sold to Enea Nowa Energia for a total of €83.3 million. 6j6f4l
According to the company, the Skibno wind farm, which is already operational, is located in northwestern Poland and has an installed capacity of 10 MW.
Currently under construction and scheduled to reach commercial operation (COD) in 2026, three additional projects are included in the sale, all equipped with Vestas V110 turbines, one of the most advanced technologies on the market.
The Zaklików wind farm, located in the Subcarpathian region in southeastern Poland, also has an installed capacity of 10 MW.
The Nowe Miasto Lubawskie wind farm, in the northern part of the country, has an installed capacity of 6.6 MW.
Also located in northern Poland, the Jab?onowo Pomorskie wind farm has the same installed capacity of 6.6 MW.
Bartosz Krysta, Vice-President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs at Enea, stated: “The development of renewable energy is not just a strategic direction for us, but a set of concrete actions we implement every day. The agreement signed with Greenvolt Power is another step for Enea toward a strong, green future based on renewable energy sources. We are constantly expanding our renewable energy portfolio by investing in technologies that have a real impact on Poland's energy security and environmental quality.”
João Manso Neto, CEO of Greenvolt Group, emphasized: “The sale of this portfolio of four wind farms once again confirms Greenvolt’s ability to execute and deliver large-scale renewable energy assets, while also demonstrating our expertise in enhancing and monetizing them. Just last month, we announced the closing of two transactions totaling €250 million, reinforcing our asset rotation strategy—selling projects at various stages of maturity.”
This latest investment aligns with the Enea Group’s Development Strategy through 2035, which outlines a dynamic increase in renewable energy capacity. To meet its strategic targets by 2035, Enea Group will allocate around 107.5 billion zlotys, the majority of which will be invested in renewable energy development, energy storage, and distribution grid modernization.
The two previous transactions brought in approximately €250 million in capital for Greenvolt. With this new €83.3 million deal, the Group continues to strengthen its strategy of developing and monetizing high-quality renewable energy assets and solidifies its role in advancing the energy transition.
